Orla Haughey is a qualified Dietitian and expert in her field. She graduated from DIT and Trinity College Dublin in 2007, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and has since worked in several of Ireland’s specialist hospitals. She is also a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute. Orla’s mission is to provide quality nutrition care, using evidence based nutrition and lifestyle advice helping you to manage your health, conditions, and achieve your goals with personalised nutrition advice and lifestyle recommendations.
